Well, I decided to join Weight Watchers again today after struggling for the last several weeks. I've been finding myself super hungry and not exactly making the best food choices. So here we go... Starting weight 179.
I've lost 14 lbs just by not eating chocolate or other sweets. I just can't get myself to go to the gym.
A few tips that can help you along the way:
Try drinking water instead of soft drinks and sugary drinks. If you have to eat anything sweet, look at the nutrition label to see how many grams of sugar it contains per serving. I limited myself to 15 grams of sugar per day. I'm amazed how much sugar it's in a glass of milk or in a "healthy" juice.
Drink water before each meal. It will allow you not to overeat because you will feel full before your body gets the message that you are full. Also, eat one serving and take your time eating your meal . Don't rush through it and enjoy. By the time you are done, you will feel full and you won't have the cravings to eat sweets.
