Hi Ladies! Let's use this post to introduce ourselves and post our short and long term healthy lifestyle transformation goals.
I will start with mine's. My name is Jennifer Torres-Parker, creator of this site. I'm originally from CT but I am currently residing in Saudi Arabia. I originally came up with the idea for this as a measure of support for my journey to a healthy lifestyle, however, transformation for life has so many dimensions (more on this later). I have initially invited women who are close to me and may benefit from the support and camaraderie of other women with similar goals. My short term goals are to lose 15 lbs and improve my A1C numbers. My long term goals are to adopt a healthy lifestyle for me and my family and reduce my BMI to within "normal range". What about you?
